Ingredients:
Wheat Flour, Water, Condensed Milk, Margarine, Salt, and Sugar.
Cooking Method:
1. Direct from freezer, pan fry Roti Canai over medium heat (160-180°C/ 320-356°F ) for approximately 2-3 minutes. (No oil added)
2. Pan fry Roti Canai until golden brown on both sides.
3. For a fluffy and crispy bite, give a soft pat from the outside toward the center of the Roti Canai after frying.
